We are a new construction company based in Lisbon, specializing in renovations and transformative projects. With a growing portfolio of residential and commercial projects, we are committed to delivering innovative designs and exceptional craftsmanship. As we expand, we are looking for a talented architect who is ready to make an impact, grow and lead within the company.

**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious **Architect** to join our team and take on a pivotal role in our architectural development. You will work closely with our CEO and the construction team, helping to shape the future of our projects and the overall direction of our architectural department. While the initial position is that of Architect, there is a clear path for growth into a leadership position, both in title and compensation, once you demonstrate the ability to lead, innovate, and deliver outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and planning phases of renovation projects, working closely with clients and our construction teams.
- Preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure designs align with local regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Actively contribute to the development and expansion of the architectural department.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A degree in Architecture and relevant professional experience - more than 3 years
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in renovations and/or residential and commercial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of local building regulations and construction practices in Lisbon.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3d and renders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role and take on more responsibility over time.

In person Position on Lisbon

Salary as a start will be between 1 and 1,5 gross + food and commission.

But I would like to promote and hand over the department as soon as proven capacity.
