Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define the delivery plan according to the capacity of the team;
- Control the delivery plan and work with the team to ensure that work is completed in time and as per plan;
- Run the team daily calls;
- Resolve team impediments;
- Track project risks, issues, actions;
- Control projects are delivered as per defined process;
- Keep project folder updated for audit purposes;
- Communicate project status;
- Collect approval for new project initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in project management;
- Technical background or comfortable around data engineering;
- Outstanding capability to manage different profiles under the same team, and convert their interactions into useful contributions (build a team);
- Outstanding communication skills, to convey project status in both high-level and detail;
- Ability to follow on multiple tasks autonomously and at the same time without confusing the team;
- Ability to keep work, tasks and documents organized;
- Continuous improvement mindset;
- Fluent level of English.
