This job is supporting **a leading European mobile point-of-sale company.**

Their device lets s**mall businesses accept card payments anywhere using just a smartphone.** It’s quick to start and has clear pricing.
- Join our French-speaking remote team and help change the way people pay_

**Your responsabilities**:

- **Help small businesses**with any questions or issues related to our products and services
- **Continuously improve** customer processes to boost merchant satisfaction
- **Collaborate with teams**across the company, including Sales and Marketing

**Our expectations**:

- Proficiency in **French (min C2)**:

- **English** at minimum B2 level
- Excellent communication skills
- **You already live in mainland Portugal or are willing to relocate (we support you with travel and accommodation)**:

- Team-oriented mindset, self-motivation and enjoy interacting with people

**Main duties**:

- Possible start on **04.09 or 25.09**:

- **Work** **from** **HOME** anywhere in Portugal (except islands)
- **We provide the work equipment & send it to your home**:

- **Work schedule**:Two-shift system: Monday-Sunday - 08:00 - 19:00 - 5 days/week, 40 hours/week - Full-time) with 2 rotating days off
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- **Training provided at the start of employment**:

- Private health insurance from day 1

**Competetive Salary and bonuses**:

- **€1000 gross - base salary**:

- **2 extra salaries per yer**:

- **€100 monthly project bonus**(permanent salary increase)
- **€7.23 net/day** - meal voucher - issued as a prepaid card
