**PandaDoc is hiring a Global Recruiting Coordinator to support our Global Talent Acquisition team.**

**In this role, you will**:

- Evaluate and screen resumes and new applicants for aggressive hiring plan
- Find available slots on very busy calendars and negotiate time slots proactively with Hiring Managers
- Be a team player - help your Recruiters and other Coordinators out
- Be creative Offer ideas, suggestions, and improvements to refine our processes and other procedures

**About you**:

- Experience working and scheduling across multiple time zones, with the ability to manage your time while working through new scheduling requests, reschedule requests, and last-minute conflicts without breaking a sweat
- Take pride in your ability to juggle multiple competing & changing priorities and high-volume workloads
- A focus on execution - be a doer and know how to encourage others
- Relentlessly positive attitude and ability to keep a cool head through dynamic conditions and when everything seems out of order
- ATS experience is a plus (Greenhouse)
- Attention to detail and ability to deal with complex documents
- Clear verbal and written communication in English, with an emphasis on being concise and friendly
- Organized with excellent time management - you stay organized, set reminders for follow ups, and complete all tasks
