**Starting: October**:The newly renovated Hapimag Resort Albufeira in Portugal is just a few steps from the sandy beach and a 10-minute drive from the city of Albufeira, on the Algarve. It features 213 holiday apartments, a restaurant, a bar, an indoor pool, a sauna, an outdoor pool, and various sports facilities.

Our resort is looking for an open-minded and service-oriented individual to strengthen the gastronomy department as a Kitchen Assistant - a dedicated, friendly, and excellent personality.

**What you can expect**:

- Kitchen Hygiene: You’ll be responsible for operating dishwashers and handwashing pots, pans, and cutlery. You’ll also ensure that all kitchen areas (floors, surfaces, equipment) are impeccably clean and hygienic.
- Kitchen Operations Support: You’ll actively help with receiving and organizing deliveries, proper food storage, and kitchen waste disposal.
- Team Player: You’ll work closely with our chefs and the entire kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Compliance with standards: You follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

**What you bring along**:

- Experience: You have initial practical experience in a kitchen or in stewarding. More important than a formal education is your reliability, commitment, and understanding of cleanliness and order
- Kitchen Knowledge: You have a good understanding of hygiene and food safety (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Team Spirit: You’re a true team player who works well with others and keeps a cool head even in hectic situations.
- Very good Portuguese and English skills
