- Provide strategic vision and guidance to the Agile development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and manage requirements in the form of epics and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Oversee backlog prioritization and iteration planning to maintain focus on key objectives.
- Lead the product release planning process, setting clear expectations for the delivery of new features.
- Proactively address and mitigate impediments that may affect sprint or release goals.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align the product backlog with business value and ROI.
- Continuously explore market opportunities, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure market needs are met.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Product Owner in a technological environment;
- Solid agile experience;
- Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them;
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams;
- Familiarity with the retail/Ecommerce sector;
- Good understanding of Shopify s considered a plus.
