As a **IT Project Manager** at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Oversee complex technology projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead the Program Management team in establishing and refining processes, methodologies, and working practices tailored to team needs.
- Engage with program sponsors, stakeholders, and business program managers to lead communication efforts.
- Prepare and conduct critical IT-related meetings, such as program management reviews, steering committees, and escalation meetings.
- Anticipate potential issues, blockages, or constraints in critical paths and collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to address them.
- Utilize your strong interpersonal skills in client-facing project scenarios.
- +5 years of professional experience.
- Possess excellent written communication skills for documenting complex assumptions, risks, and commitments in a clear and unambiguous manner.
- Are adept at working directly with senior leadership and executive management.
- Hold relevant experience leading international-scale programs with multiple project teams across various countries and time zones.
- Are comfortable in multicultural, international settings.
- Can adapt to changing priorities smoothly.
- Hold certifications in Agile or Waterfall methodologies, such as Scrum Master, PMP, or PRINCE2.
