Training Specialist

Description:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated training specialist with substantial experience in digital and in-person training to join our team. In this role, you will assume critical responsibility for creating and delivering training materials, building relevant training frameworks, and producing a wide range of training resources, which may include interviews, videos, and virtual classes to effectively transfer knowledge.

An essential component to this role is the implementation of assessment and evaluation methodologies to measure the effectiveness of training programs. You will use data-driven insights to make necessary improvements, ensuring our training initiative continually evolves and remains aligned with our organizational and project goals.

Main tasks:

- Providing digital training - specialist
- Development of the Training Structure - Domain
- Content Creation - Domain
- Contribute to the Development of a Credit Academy - Specialist
- Assessment and Evaluation - Specialist

Technical and linguistic skills:
