**Job Overview and Responsibilities**

Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation.

The Treasury Accounting Specialist is responsible to perform accounting operations on a timely basis, according to defined procedures, respecting quality and compliance, performing day-to-day and month-end closing operations, within the different domains of Finance operations.

**We count on you to**:

- Handle Treasury accounting & Cash management
- Perform Financial accounting
- Analyze and Reconcile Accounts
- Prepare the Reporting for Consolidation
- Ensure internal controls on a timely basis

**You will bring**:

- At least bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience
- Experience in reporting and consolidation is an asset;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting, treasury or finance environment
- SAP knowledge
- Strong Excel/GoogleSheets knowledge
- Organizational and analytical skill, critical thinking and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadline.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; any other language (e.g: Portuguese, French) is an asset.
