**What you'll do**

SAP is the global market leader for business software and thus contributes a considerable part of the world's economic power grid. A key service for customers during operations phase at SAP is the SAP Application Management Service (SAP AMS). The mission of SAP AMS is to maximize customer success in the run phase of SAP software lifecycle by taking over responsibility for smooth end to end operations and lowering customers total cost of operation.

You will analyze customer’s business requirements and technical problems and act as a trusted advisor and as a person, who pro-actively proposes and realizes solutions, which fit best to the demands of our clients. Our partners will benefit from your knowledge and experience.

Our Delivery Center is planning to enhance its capacities for professional delivery management of our cloud customer engagements and is offering the position of an IT Technology Consultant (VIM, ABAP/FIORI Development).

**What you’ll bring**

Required skills
- Experience with add-on “OpenText Vendor Invoice Management for SAP® Solutions” with regards to usage, customizing and extensions
- Development experience in ABAP(OO) and Java Script (Fiori Apps)
- Profound knowledge about programming paradigms for app creation and extensibility
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented way of working and effectiveness in problem-solving
- Ability to work on the one hand self-dependent and on the other hand as a team-player in a virtual team
- Customer first mindset
- Reputable behavior when communicating with customers, partners, and colleagues
- Willingness for lifelong learning, curiosity about new technologies and SAP/partner products
- Fluent English is a must, German a plus

Preferred skills
- Background in materials management (purchasing, invoicing) and financials (pay)
- Business Workflow
- Workflow Management is a plus
- Knowledge of Forms, such as SAPscript, Smartforms, Adobe Forms is a plus
- CDS-, OData-, HANA-, Restful ABAP Programming is a plus

Work experience
- You have at least 6+ years of relevant work experience as developer and/or VIM consultant in SAP projects
- You are experienced in collaboration with national and international customers and business departments

Education and qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in computer science, natural science, technical science or equivalent work experience
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) preferred
