ProductLife Group is urgently looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist who will be in charge of defining and establishing the different financial reports at group level: Management Consolidated Accounts, Business Unit Reports, etc, presented to company directors, shareholders and auditors.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for submission to the Group (income statement, balance sheet, working capital, statement of cash flows), ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant financial information, including researching and explaining significant variances by working closely with various departments and management, to ensure accurate reporting.
- Play a crucial role and be a driving force in the implementation of a new ERP, to design, develop and maintain all ERP financial reports in collaboration with Group Controller and FP&A.
- Provide assistance to the Group Controller, FP&A team and Accounting Manager on key accounting tasks/deliverables.
- Provide ad hoc financial reports and analysis, including but not limited to cost control, HR and payroll analysis, R&D and grants monitoring, sales and commercial analysis,
- Assess the needs of the business, prioritize projects and drive new reporting requirements to completion.
- Design financial reports anticipating the projected growth of the company : month end reports (Management Consolidated Accounts, BU Reports), annual budget, reforecast, etc
- Standardize and automate the reporting process
- Play a key role in updating and developing a new financial reporting framework

**Profile**

**Hard skills**:

- Professional English is required.
- Advanced Excel skills (including Power Pivot, VBA)
- Experience working with and creating data models, knowledge of databases
- Experience working with accounting softwares and ERPs.
- Experience working with analytical cost accounting
- Knowledge of industry standard accounting principles, best practices, and procedures.
- Proven experience with process documentation of accounting procedures and internal controls in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to create a cost/expense allocation to appropriately share expenses across various projects, business units, reporting entities.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Knowledge of financial consolidations, eliminations, and segment reporting.

**Required education**:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, CFA or CPA certification is preferred.

**Required experience**:
At least 5 years of relevant accounting/financial analysis required, preferably in an audit firm

**Required languages**:

- English (Fluently spoken and technical) is required

Pay: 55,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
