**Accounting Manager | Online sales flow**

**YOUR DAILY LIFE**

This is a job with an international scope, you will work for all the entities of the Group, operating in a multilingual and multicultural environment. La Redoute has different subsidiaries, so you will be working closely with all of them on a daily basis. You will be responsible for the Online accounting sales control and also for the justification of the different payment methods related to **BtoC **for all the countries managed by the Shared Services Center.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Monitor sales activity, ensuring that there are no discrepancies
- Ensure internal control
- Ensure that sales are well reported in the system
- Ensure compliance with all legal specificities
- Ensure that all orders are properly cash in
- Identify any contingencies in the payment method flow
- Ensure bank reconciliation in relation with your scope
- Properly justify all assets on the balance sheet by payment methods

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting or related areas
- 5 years of similar experience
- Proficiency in English or French (**mandatory** one of the two)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and in Power BI
- Experience with SAP would be a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and communication skills
- Strong management skills
- Experience in an international context/similar business will be strongly appreciated

This job is located in Leiria. We have a **hybrid** working model, which means that **3 days** a week in the office are required.
