We are currently looking for **GDPR Controls Officer**

What do we expect from you?

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the formalization of control results and action plans in accordance with Group tools and methodology.
- Maintain a regulatory watch on data protection.
- Develop and share best practices with the data protection network.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years’ experience in programme/project management is required.
- Knowledge and experience in Personal Data Protection is required.
- Previous experience in Multinational company On/Offshore model is preferred.
- Previous experience in Financial Services is preferred.

- Able to take on the facilitator role, mobilising project contributors with ease.
- Create an open and supportive atmosphere, encouraging others to express themselves.
- Proven emotional and situational intelligence to influence positively clients towards change.
- Provide honest and independent advice.
- Act with discretion, privacy, respecting confidentiality.

Soft skills:

- Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Risk oriented, and able to synthesize complex concepts to a senior audience.
- Attention to detail, highly organised and able to multi-task.
- Proactiveness, independency, objectivity and integrity.
- Ability to work in a changing environment / Adaptability.

**Education**:

- Law and/or Business School/Master’s degree from university. Specialization in Data Protection/Digital Law is a plus

Technical skills:

- Proficiency of project management methodologies and tools.
- Full proficiency of MSOffice suite.

Languages:

- Fluent English (mandatory)
- French and Portuguese are a plus
