**Are you passionate about continuous improvement? We are looking for a **junior CI technician that can assist us in maintaining efficiency and quality at our exciting factory in Santa Iria, Portugal.**:**Need more details?**:
You will evaluate new opportunities for developing operational efficiency, through surveys on shopfloor and with operational teams.
You will support the implementation of the LEAN culture in the structure.
You will perform Implementation and promotion support of best practices in industrial environment and in the remaining departments of the organization.
You will support employee training based on the LEAN methodology.
**What's your background?**:
You have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience.
You have a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Biotechnology, Industrial Production, Food Engineering)
You have a good level of English, spoken and written.
You are an Intermediate Excel user and other Office tools (Outlook, word, PPT).
You have a strong sense of organization, an inquisitive spirit and you can identify problems and propose solutions.
