CONSULTING & TRANSFORMATION SENIOR CONSULTANT (JOB NUMBER: 2402LCF17442) **About the job** - Participate and take responsibility for small projects or critical modules providing support to BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking Management, both locally and at Group level. **Your Main Activities Are** - Take full ownership on assigned modules, perform complex modelling and analysis understanding their potential impact for clients - Frame, design and lead autonomously the delivery of one or more projects ensuring quality and respect of deadlines - Prepare and lead workshops and meetings using relevant techniques and providing insightful results - Establish collaborative relationships with internal clients while maintaining independence and the capacity to challenge them - Develop their network and relationships with clients on a regular basis (middle and senior management) - Enhance team involvement on transversal topics related to CIB Consulting development. - Promote CIBC in front of CIB management to enhance the brand equity - Seek proactively to participate and help the team beyond the assigned duties - Facilitate the knowledge sharing within the team and coach team members providing constructive feedbacks and respective improvement actions **Profile and Skills to Success** - Masters Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related areas - Between 3 and 5 years of experience in Project Management and Consulting - English fluent - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint - Proficient in Project Management Framing - Proficient in Consulting and Strategy - Analytical ability - Active listener - Creative and problem solver LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
