The Service Portfolio Analyst will represent the Global Customer Support discipline in Product Teams, supporting the definition of the through-life service solution of our products based on customer needs, Iptor’s technical product roadmap, Global Customer Support Strategy and lessons learnt during other projects.

The definition of a robust Global Customer Support Services Portfolio shall provide visibility on service status, performance, lifecycle, and business value.

**YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS **TO OUR JOURNEY
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global service portfolio for Iptor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product and service requirements, specifications, and features, to ensure innovative and competitive solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Create and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing campaigns.
- Provide technical support and engage with sales teams to understand their specific requirements.
- Monitor and analyse service performance, gather customer feedback, and support the implementation of continuous improvement measures.

**YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD **IF YOU HAVE**
- Relevant education at Bachelor's or Master's level.
- At least 3+ years working in at a fast-growing SaaS company in a Technical Support or Enablement role.
- Project management driver who has big picture vision and loves jumping in to get things accomplished quickly and effectively.
- Experience creating content (presentations, decks, videos, and eLearning) and delivering live trainings.
- Experience with process mapping.
- Proficiency in IT and passion for working with data.
- Strong written and communication skills in English.
