A sua nova função
Garantir a excelência na atenção aos clientes, realizando e apoiando nas tarefas principais do departamento de Customer Care em consonância com a estratégia da empresa no que respeita a faturação, pedidos e esclarecimentos de clientes, negociação e envios de encomendas proporcionando sempre uma experiência positiva ao cliente.
O que necessita para ser bem sucedido
Formação Superior/ Licenciatura;
Experiência anterior na função e em contexto industrial;
Conhecimentos avançados do idioma Inglês (C1);
Capacidade analítica;
Proatividade;
Foco no Cliente;
Capacidade de comunicação;
Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas;
Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa.
