Our client, one of the biggest BPOs in the world in looking for **Recruiters - Junior to Senior Level** - for the **German market**

If you have experience in recruitment for a call center this is the opportunity for you Also, if you never worked in recruitment but you bring previous experience in a call center and you are eager to start a career in recruitment this is the best job for you too

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment and Selection of German speaking customer service representatives for various clients
- CV analysis
- Outbound Preselection calls
- Selection interviews
- Evaluation of online tests
- Creation and sending of accurate job offers
- Precise handling of administrative processes
- Positive representation of the HR department within the company as well as externally

**Requirements**:

- Fluent level of German (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent level of English
- Previous experience in a call center as an AGENT or RECRUITER
- Motivation to work on the phone and in a sales-related and performance-driven role
- Well organized and good PC knowledge

**On Offer**:

- Competitive salary: 1346€ to 1911€ (depending on experience and bonus)
- Hybrid model of work with just 1 day in the office per month
- On going training
- Relocation package and accommodation
- Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
