**A Fed Finance, empresa de recrutamento permanente e temporário, especializada na área da contabilidade e finanças empresariais, encontra-se em processo de recrutamento de um Senior Payroll Manager (M/F) para uma empresa de eCommerce, baseada em Lisboa. **A SUA POSIÇÃO**:

- Liderar uma equipa, fornecendo orientação, desenvolvimento e gestão de desempenho
- Garantir a conformidade da folha de pagamento com os regulamentos fiscais
- Implementar e otimizar sistemas e processos de processamento de salários
- Gerir as auditorias aos salários, o processamento no final do ano, as reconciliações e os relatórios
- Atuar como elo de ligação entre os empregados e o processamento dos salários
- Assegurar a segurança e a confidencialidade dos dados relativos aos salários dos trabalhadores
- Gerir as relações com as partes interessadas internas e os fornecedores externos de folhas de pagamento
- Gerir os processos de conformidade relacionados com o processamento de salários

**O SEU PERFIL**:

- Mais de 5 anos de experiência equivalente em processamento de salários, com grande experiência em processamento de salários internacional
- Ser competente na utilização de sistemas de processamento de salários, como SAP, e ter experiência com sistemas HRS em geral
- Mínimo de 4 anos a liderar ou a trabalhar numa equipa de processamento de salários em RH ou Finanças
- Conhecimento da tributação do processamento de salários, incluindo experiência com pagamentos variáveis
- Experiência prática com folhas de pagamento de média dimensão
- Tem conhecimentos sobre o desembolso de ações e participações e as respetivas implicações fiscais
- Conhecer a gestão de benefícios e as respetivas implicações no processamento dos salários
- Experiência anterior no processamento e reconciliação de salários no final do ano
- Ter mobilidade para se deslocar ocasionalmente ao Norte
