**About the job**
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administration, providing a full set of HR professional services to employees during their entire life-cycle experience at BNP Paribas. Manage the administration of the HR policies, procedures, and programs/tolls. Ensures Human Resource Information Systems data maintenance, employee relations and compensation & benefits administration.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Manage daily overall HR administrative operations and assist the team in resolving problems related to the day-to-day activitie
- Organize, assign and supervise the work of administrative support staff
- Coordinate the development of Human Resources policies for the organization with regard to employee relations
- Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs/tools, internal rulings based on the labor law
- Participate and follow-up on investigations when employee escalations or queries arise
- Answering questions from HR transversal professionals and employees regarding payroll matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Academic Background: Social Sciences or Human Resources
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills - oral & written
- Ability to collaborate/teamwork
- Attention to detail
- Human resources knowledge
