**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates the administration of the internal LMS (Cornerstone) which includes creating and maintaining course information, scheduling courses offered, assigning learners, updating training records, maintaining system processes, and escalating technical issues
- Runs regular reports from the LMS which provides the business and L&D team with tracking / reporting data for training completion and progress e.g. individual progress for any assigned mandatory trainings required in a role
- Provides high level interpretation and analysis of reporting data for wider L&D team e.g. interest tracker data
- Responsible for managing the Service Management Tool (Zendesk), and ensures all tickets are actioned and SLAs are adhered to
- Works closely with the L&D Specialists, supports as required with creating and building internal e-learning content using relevant tools (e.g. Articulate)
- Works closely with the wider L&D team, supports with maintaining online content, including administering e-learning content from external suppliers and ensuring regular maintenance of all programmes / training content takes place
- Drives L&D process reviews, identifying opportunities to simplify and automate process steps wherever possible
- Manages the vendor expense spreadsheet to align with budget by using Oracle and finance's monthly reports
- Participates in key L&D projects to support the achievement of the overall L&D strategy
- Supports relevant business unit training initiatives where required (e.g. inductions, CII renewal process)

- You have successfully completed a relevant HR related qualification (preferable)
- Interest in e-learning and technology in general
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, intermediate / advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written fluency in English, with an additional European language preferred
- Exposure to learning management system administration (LMS - Cornerstone), including course deployment, content management, user support, system and analytical reporting (preferable)
- Have a keen eye for innovation - coming up with new and better ways of doing things
- Self-organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills, with a curiosity and tenacity to resolve issues
- Be committed to learning about new technical solutions in order to become the SME in this field
- Personal drive and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider team
- Adaptable, service minded and adept at problem-solving to support the team at different locations throughout the world
