As an HR Business Partner Trainee, you will support the HR Business Partner team in their daily tasks throughout the whole employee life cycle.

In your new role, you will:

- **Support the different phases of the employee lifecycle**: onboarding, people development, training/workshop coordination by partnering with other counterparts in HR;
- **Help in the organization of internal events **(workshops, trainings, onboarding sessions, etc.);
- **Support the deployment of global and local HR policies **such as people development, compensation, organizational development, etc.;
- **Be an Infineon ambassador **by promoting and developing the Infineon culture.

You are a good communicator, able to listen and share information effectively and professionally. You have a positive and flexible working attitude, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. Furthermore, you are a great team player and you bring an analytical mindset to the team.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

- A degree in **Human Resources Management **, **Business Administration **, **Economics **, **Law **or equivalent fields;
- Good knowledge of **MS Office tools **, such as Excel and PowerPoint;
- Previous **experiences in HR **and **basic knowledge of labor law **- is a plus;
- **Fluency in English and Portuguese **(mandatory).
