Finance Analyst

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Develop P&L analysis, customer, and product performance Actual vs PY. Support month-end activities sales. Support Finance manager with new product P&L. Support commercial team with Ad-hoc analysis. Analysis promotions - A&P investment and TT investment. Prepare Rebates conditions year-end PT. NPD Report Quarterly-Fcast-Budget creating. Work with McCormick Shared Services based in Poland. Preparing JE necessary month-end. Performance some administrative tasks ad-hoc.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, or Finance would be a plus. 2-3 years' experience in finance roles. Portuguese speaker, proficient in English - Spanish be a plus. Ability to analysis detailed information. Ability to interact with commercial and marketing team. Ability to synthesize financial information and present logical recommendations. Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels of management. Good Excel on advance level, previous SAP and TM1 experience preferred. Thorough understanding of business, processes, systems, and internal controls. Results oriented to achieved targeted metrics / KPI's.
