**THE ROLE**

As an Analyst you will be part of our Finance department and responsible for financial matters of all the companies of the Group. You will have the chance to experience an international environment as you will be dealing with national and international rules as well as contact with our business partners in each country and with your colleagues.
This opportunity will allow you to put in place and practice your knowledge and work on the overview of the financial process together with what happens in the different companies and business itself.

**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
- Record and analyse intercompany transactions;
- Monthly verification of accounting entries to ensure financial statements accurately reflect business activity, acting as a bridge between business teams and accounting;
- Provide Management with accurate financial information and recommendations of initiatives for process and cost improvements;
- Monitoring business activity and project execution through KPIs;
- Structuring business processes and expense policies, monitor execution according to the established rules of investment together with relevant stakeholders;
- Assist Senior Accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings;
- Provide input into department's goal setting process;
- Assist with other accounting projects.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Bachelor or Master in Management, Economics, Finance or Engineering;
- Business-oriented mindset;
- Ambition and relentless drive, being proactive in the pursuit of sources of value;
- Fast learner and Tech-savvy, eager to implement new procedures with new tools to improve efficiency through automation of tasks;
- Results-driven with attention to detail, being autonomous and responsible for deliverables;
- Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines;
- Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition;
- Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and interest in Data / Business Intelligence (mandatory);
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Eligible for an IEFP Professional Internship (mandatory).

**OUR GROWTH LAB PROGRAM**:
This position is a part of our Growth Lab Program.

**What is it?**

A 3-year graduate program, that helps recent graduates to kick-start their career in an international and fast-paced environment.

This program focuses on learning by doing and developing soft and hard skills, whilst being mentored by industry experts.

During this time you'll have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of Indie Campers' future challenges and work on how to better tackle them as well as gaining a lot of industry knowledge.This program encourages fast growth and a high level of retention, so during the first year, you'll be doing an IEFP Professional Internship and upon performance assessment, you'll join our team permanently.
