Your future duties and responsibilities - Experience in user support; - Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems; - Knowledge of Hardware, Network Protocols, Microsoft Office, Anti-virus; - Troubleshooting problems with PC's, Printers, Windows OS, Hardware, etc); - Good knowledge of English; - Immediate availability.
