**Safety & Security Specialist ( Logístic Environment )**

**Principais Responsabilidades**:

- Assegurar as seguintes acções de forma contínua nas seguintes áreas: avaliações de segurança/risco; planeamento de cenários, desenvolvimento de planos de segurança; planeamento de crise/contingência; e outras funções relacionadas com a segurança.
- Desenvolver programas de manutenção dos edifícios e equipamentos e garantir que os mesmos são realizados; realização de auditorias e resolução de eventuais não conformidades.
- Investigar todas as questões relacionadas com a segurança e gestão de riscos.
- Desenvolver e implementar medidas de segurança, políticas, procedimentos e formação para garantir o seu cumprimento de acordo com as políticas e procedimentos da empresa e/ou legais.
- Liderar investigações, auditorias e inspecções de segurança.
- Analisar, acompanhar e interpretar alterações regulamentares e tendências baseadas numa perspectiva global; identificar as modificações legais necessárias e implementá-las.
- Garantir o bom funcionamento e manutenção de todos o meios e instrumentos de segurança.
- Preparar e analisar relatórios para poupança de custos, previsão e planeamento.
- Contratar, treinar, avaliar e liderar todo o pessoal de segurança e pessoal da organização com funções de segurança.

**Aptidões e Qualificações principais**:

- Formação adequada para as funções a desempenhar.
- Mínimo de 5 anos implementando programas de segurança e um forte conhecimento de gestão da segurança em ambientes complexos, preferencialmente em entrepostos logísticos
- Experiência ou conhecimentos de gestão de património.
- Experiência de realização de formação para pequenos grupos (CAP preferencial).
- Competências de comunicação para explicar preocupações complexas de segurança, políticas, protocolos e procedimentos à gestão sénior, colaboradores, consultores, e aplicá-las de forma consistente a todos os níveis.
