**About the role**:
Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Tester capable of handling multiple products in different industries? At Altar, you will help entrepreneurs and business leaders build innovative products that transform their industries, like the ex-Product Owner of YouTube and the CEO of HSBC for a whole continent.

We expect you to bring your expertise to help build startups in a great working environment, contributing to products in different phases, from a yet-to-be-born/discovery phase to MVP building and releasing to continuous optimization.

We are looking for a strong, senior QA tester to be responsible for defining and implementing the projects’ test plans, automated tests and user acceptance tests, in order to improve the reliability, performance and usability of our products.

As the senior QA Tester you will conceive, guide, and manage the quality assurance in innovative projects in collaboration with a dream team in a great, friendly, and inclusive environment, to ensure that the products meet the established standards of functionality and quality

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to developing quality assurance standards and related company processes
- Drive the quality assurance testing and related activities
- Adhere to and maintain industry standards for reliability/quality/performance and safety standards
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
- Reporting of QA KPIs related to the active projects
- Work closely and openly with the project teams to identify improvement areas for existing products
**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 3+ working experience as QA. We will value experience in managing and executing QA activities in more than one product simultaneously.
- Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing with special focus on automation
- Need to be a team player and an empathic communicator
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
- Fluid intelligence & abstract reasoning
- Attention to details
