A sua nova função
Será responsável por emitir os pedidos de entrega e assegurar o Follow-Up de todas as Ordens de Compra Globais dos materiais de entregas regulares com contratos firmados em aberto, assegurar um Inventário de nível mínimo com a máxima rotação do mesmo, de acordo com os objetivos atuais, sem roturas de materiais necessários à Produção, controlo e gestão diária de stocks, controlo e gestão de pedidos de compras, consolidação e partilha de informação com o dep. de compras bem como informação a fornecedores. Para além disto terá como tarefas o aprovisionamento de materiais para os planos de produção, consolidar as necessidades no sistema informático, seguimento dos pedidos de entrega a nível de alteração de datas, quantidades e condições bem como a gestão de stocks dos armazéns externos.
O que necessita para ser bem sucedido
Procuramos um profissional com Licenciatura em Gestão e Engenharia Industrial e/ou Logística (preferencial) e experiência na área de gestão, negociação e planeamento de stocks de matérias primas ou embalagens (Planeamento, Gestão de Stocks ou Supply Chain) mínima de 6 meses. Apresentar experiência em Indústria e conhecimentos de Excel, Power Bi e SAP R3/APO será uma mais valia. é fundamental que apresente fluência (Minimo B2) a Inglês.
