As a Product Lead in our Global People Analytics function, you will be at the forefront of transforming how organizations understand, measure, and optimize their human capital. You will be responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class people analytics products that provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making. With a keen understanding of user needs, market trends, and emerging technologies, you will guide the development of innovative solutions that empower our clients to unlock the full potential of their workforce.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Product management: Develop an implementation roadmap for our people analytics products, aligning it with the existing global initiatives. Identify and anticipate market trends, and make sure our products portfolio drives impact, innovation, and differentiation.
- Product development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch and beyond. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and researchers, to ensure successful product delivery.
- User-centric design: Deeply understand user needs and pain points through user research, data analysis, and market insights. Translate these insights into user personas, user stories, and product requirements that guide the product development process.
- Data-driven decision-making: Leverage people analytics data and industry research to make informed decisions throughout the product development process. Continuously analyze product performance and user feedback to drive iterative improvements and optimize user experiences.
- Stakeholder management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, business leaders, and technology partners, to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Thought leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in people analytics, data visualization, and user experience design. Share your knowledge and insights within the organization and contribute to industry forums and conferences.
- Product evangelism: Act as a product champion, driving awareness and adoption of our people analytics products globally. Conduct training sessions, create product documentation, and support marketing and sales initiatives to maximize product impact.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead, preferably in the field of data analytics, HR technology, or SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of people analytics, data visualization, and user experience design principles.
- Experience in Agile product development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive product experiences.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Passion for creating products that empower organizations to make data-driven decisions and drive positive business outcomes.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of driving product vision and strategy.
