**The role**:
We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven Paid Media & SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, combining your expertise in analytics, SEO, copywriting, and branding to drive measurable results. This is a opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance marketing, and who loves turning data into actionable insights.
**What you’ll do**:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Data Studio, and other analytics tools to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded
- Optimize web content and landing pages for SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure synergy between organic and paid efforts, maximizing visibility and conversions
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for paid campaigns and media outlets, aligning content and targeting strategies with market trends
- Write compelling, on-brand ad copy and landing page content tailored to different audience segments and platforms
- Propose and run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results
- Prepare clear, data-backed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders regularly
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to keep campaigns ahead of the curve
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance content strategy
- Support PPC and paid social media campaigns with compelling ad copy and landing page
**Requirements**:
**What you must have**:
- 2-4 years of experience in paid media campaign management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other reporting tools
- Good understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to paid efforts
- Solid copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels
- Familiarity with branding principles and working within brand guidelines
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams
- Comfortable managing budgets and reporting on ROI
- Excellent English skills - spoken and written
**What we consider a plus (not mandatory)**:
- Experience with remarketing strategies and dynamic ads
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (or other CRM platforms)
- Basic knowledge of HTML or web tagging
- Experience managing event organization
