**The team you'll be part of**

As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.
- We're a cross Business Segment team that works with each segment in the Business Applications
- Working for Digital Operations segment we manage the releases and the Agile Release Trains
- With agile spirit, everyone contributes to the team success
- Working with tools such Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence, mainly, we work with people to get the things done
- We interact with R&D, Product Managers, Architects, Services, Care, all stakeholders to release products

**What you will learn and contribute to**

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

- Plan, organize, lead, and manage Digital Operations or Orchestrate and Fulfill release management from its decision to invest all the way to its completion
- Lead program with focus of satisfying and building a trusting relationship with internal and external customers
- Provide detailed plans according to Nokia Lifecycle process and milestones, finding balance between business requirements, content, schedule, quality and resources
- Perform escalation management for projects when out of bounds or critical issues arise and lead recovery plans and actions
- Drive the Agile release trains since the creation until the continuous improvement phase, following the Scaled Agile Framework guidelines and tailoring them when necessary
- Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- E2E program management experience in delivering software - program planning, starting with release creation in cooperation with product and development managers, release train engineer and other stakeholders to define release content and ensure key project variables - i.e. resources, schedule, risk management - are acceptable
- Program Management experience and Strong knowledge of SW Creation Processes
- Knowledgeable an experienced with Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks (eg, Scaled Agile Framework

It would be nice if you also had:

- Domain expertise in Digital Operations (Assurance and/or Orchestrate & Fulfill) Products
- Experience managing multiple software development projects or projects in a program with cross functional team members
- Strong diplomatic, negotiating, and influential skills to guarantee program progress while adhering to Nokia policies and procedures
- Experience working with distributed teams, complex organizational structures, multicultural and functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decisive decision-making skills
