We are looking for a passionate Intern to provide solutions that enable life sciences companies to innovate with confidence and maximize their opportunities.

**Admin & Finance analyst**

**Main responsibilities**
- Travel and Entertainment quality assurance review
- Accounts payable process review, ensuring the right cost allocation
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Account reconciliation process
- Assist with statutory, tax audits and tax returns
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
- Ad hoc analysis to support internal stakeholders (both business and finance)

**Minimum Education, Experience and Specialized Knowledge Required**:

- University Bachelor’s degree. Formal qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business Studies.
- Advanced use of Office suites
- Experience working with SAP or Oracle ERPs.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Finance and Accounting function

**Additional Requirements**:

- Fluent level of English and Portuguese
- Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach
- Experience working in a multinational company
