**Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative in the Turkish market**
- Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role you will:
- Providing B2B and B2C customer support through multiple channels;
- Primarily resolving inquiries via inbound calls;
- Providing support for multiple products across multiple markets.
**To be successful in this role, the following is needed**:
- C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Turkish;
- B2 level or above written and spoken proficiency in English;
- Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included);
- Availability to work by shift rotation on a 24/7 schedule;
- Good computer skills (required);
- Ability to generate empathy in written form;
- Analytical mindset to diagnose and troubleshoot issues;
- Ability to manage time and meet goals.
