The Role
- The insurance administrator will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:
- Handle inbound callsProcess various administrative tasksKey Responsibilities- Assist clients and brokers with inquiries, providing information about insurance products and coverage, and addressing concerns or issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction-
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of policies and related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate efficient retrieval of information when needed;- Person specification:
- Proficient level of German and English.-
- Provide excellent interpersonal skills to establish a positive rapport with clients.Adhere to a company's policies and procedures when interacting with customers-
