**Job Description Summary**

We're Hiring: Senior Consultant - Valuation & Advisory

Join our Valuation & Advisory team and take the lead on strategic real estate projects across sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Offices, Logistics, Living, and Alternative Uses. This is a key role for professionals who thrive on delivering high-quality insights and building trusted client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and deliver property valuation projects and portfolio analyses.
- Conduct site inspections and review territorial planning documentation.
- Prepare market and feasibility reports to support client decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with RICS, CMVM, and internal valuation standards.
- Present valuation findings, methodologies, and key value drivers to clients.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support market research and contribute to internal database development.
- Collaborate across service lines to enhance integrated advisory services.
- Degree or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or similar.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Valuation and Advisory.
- Solid understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Experience in Forestry & Agribusiness or equipment valuation is highly valued.
- Curious, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering client-focused solutions.
