A função que estamos à procura:

- ** Guest-Experience (M/F);**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Assegurar o serviço da receção do hotel, atendendo, acolhendo e apoiando os clientes antes, durante e final da sua estadia, executando as tarefas e procedimentos delegados pela Chefe de Receção e Direção do Hotel.
- Acompanhamento,prestação de informações aos hóspedes e resolução de conflitos.
- Promover as instalações do hotel aos hóspedes.

**Requisitos**:

- Curso técnico-profissional, ou Licenciatura na área Turismo/Hotelaria, serão valorizados;
- Experiência profissional na área (Recepção Hoteleira);
- Dinamismo, flexibilidade, organização, proatividade e simpatia;
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
- Conhecimento da cidade ( valorizado)
- Conhecimentos de línguas: inglês (obrigatório), francês e espanhol.
