**The team you'll be part of**

As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As a Manager, you will:

- Lead a team of experts and manage each individuals career.
- Oversee projects progress and respective deliverables.
- Manage infrastructure cost control, recharges and cost progress.
- Generate performance and progress reports,
- Have close customer intimacy and engagement of new business.
- Escalation management point for project delivery issues.
- Be part and contribute to a multi-disciplinary team.

Your skills and experience
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Leadership accross virtual and cross functional teams.
- Ability to inspire people.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Project Management know-how (including planning and control, benefit and value, and risk/issue management).
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree either in: Computer Science / Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering / Electrical and Computer Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; and the ability to impactfully interact, communicate, and relate to technical and non-technical audiences.

It would be nice if you also have:

- High-level knowledge of cloud environment and its main service components.
