We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Specialist to join our team. The AI Specialist will play a pivotal role within GBS, leading the development of AI products that support global functions such as Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement. This role is essential in driving innovation and efficiency, ensuring that GBS remains a leader in digital transformation and a key enabler of Syensqo’s strategic goals. This role involves working closely with the GBS Services Lines, the Information Technology and the GBS Transformation team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Product Leadership: Act as the Product Owner for (Gen)AI products within GBS, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional value.
- Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog for GBS-focused AI solutions, leading sprint planning, execution, and review sessions for timely feature delivery.
- Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for (Gen)AI in GBS, updating the roadmap to reflect evolving business needs and technology opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the principal liaison between Syensqo.AI teams and business units, engaging stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and enhance platform functionality.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize KPIs to track platform effectiveness and guide improvements or future enhancements.
- Governance & Prioritization: Implement governance within the Agile framework to facilitate effective decision-making and maintain focus on high-impact projects.
- User Adoption & Feedback: Evaluate adoption rates and user satisfaction, adjusting strategies based on feedback and analytics to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
- Value Focus: Ensure development efforts maximize business value and enhance user experience.
- Team Coordination: Foster effective communication with technical teams to ensure precise implementation of features.
- Agile Involvement: Engage actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives, monitoring progress to meet set goals and acceptance criteria.

**Key Stakeholder Interactions**:

- User Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal users to understand their needs and gather feedback, ensuring AI solutions evolve in alignment with user requirements and business strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other product teams, business stakeholders, and IT departments to ensure strategic alignment and smooth integration of AI solutions across various business functions.
- Leadership Alignment: Maintain proactive dialogue with IT and company leadership to ensure platform development aligns with broader technology strategies and company-wide initiatives.

**_Education and Experience_**
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner building software.
- Proven experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI or technology products.
- Proficiency in project management in an Agile setting (Agile/Scrum methodology experience, SAFE methodology) and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) is preferred.
- Proven ability to translate non-technical information into a technical level of detail for developers.
- Data-driven (OKRs and KPIs) to validate the roadmap to management.
- CSPO or PSPO I certification is a plus
