**Your Role**:
Professional with managerial skills in Analytics and with extensive experience in people, financial and project management.

Experience in managing team capacity to meet client demands, through professional allocation and team building for projects.

Act in partnership with the sales area to capture new business and support the HR team in hiring new professionals.

Negotiate with partners the provision of professional services to act in market demands and projects.

**Your Profile**:
**Must to Have**
- Knowledge and Experience in the Data area:BI, Analytics, Advanced Analytics
- Experience in People Management: Timesheet, Vacation, Appraisals, Feedback, People allocation in projects, Interpersonal Relationship, Hiring Support, Training Support
- Experience in Project Management: Waterfall, Agile
- Experience in Financial Management: Forecast control, Pipeline control, Financial Backlog control, Purchase Order control, Invoicing control, Cost, Revenue and Margins Analysis
- Client Relationships: Pre-sale and Sales Support, Proposal Generation, Project follow-up Meetings, New Clients Support
- Negotiation with Suppliers: Contract, Hiring,Financial
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
