We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey. **THE ROLE** As the Fleet Strategy Procurement Lead you will be responsible for Planning and Procurement of vehicles in Europe, North America and Oceania. You will maintain, develop and establish relationships with OEM's and Recreational Vehicle up fitters, drive global procurement process improvements, reporting, and partner with the Finance team to execute the fleet financing plan. You will collaborate with Operations and RV Sales team to ensure that the product specs are aligned with business objectives, and preparation of periodic reporting for executives and stakeholders is a key responsibility. This position will be based in our HQ Office in Lisbon, Portugal, and you will report to the Fleet Strategy Associate Director. **WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?** - Manage the planning and procurement of vehicles in Europe, North America and Oceania. - Establish and develop relationships with OEM's. - Drive procurement process improvements, contract analysis, drafting and reporting. - Work with the Finance team in the execution of the fleet finance plan. - Collaborate with Operations and RV Sales team to ensure that the product specs are aligned with the objectives of the business. - Prepare periodic reporting for executives and stakeholders. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** - Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar; - Experience of 5+ years in procurement, ideally in the automotive industry; - Experience and history in engaging and building value-adding relationships with internal customers and external partners across geographies and industries, at all levels; - Strong analytical skills with affinity towards deal negotiations and ability to drive Procurement related KPIs; - Natural commercial mindset, with exceptional great communication and emotional intelligence skills; - Fluent in English (both written and verbal) mandatory. **WHAT WE OFFER?** - The opportunity to be a key member in the scaling of a one-of-a-kind company in a fast-growing market; - The chance to work with outstanding people from many nationalities and backgrounds in a "scale-up culture", to revolutionize the campervan road trip market worldwide; - Free perks such as health insurance, Travel & Education vouchers, road trips in our campervans, free snacks and coffee in the office.
