BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2402GSS17370) **About the job** - The Business Management Trainee supports the teams in a number of transversal topics such as HR, Facilities, Communication or community management. They provide support to the various teams in a wide variety of tasks requiring transversal coordination or consolidation. Topics may include analysis and elaboration of various reports and presentations used by Management **Your Main Activities Are** - Support the Team of the scope on their daily activities or projects - Support to the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Management, and other related to the management of a department within BNP Paribas - Develop and own data models, for example in Excel, SharePoint, among others, with the purpose of consolidating data, analysing them and reporting them in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions.
