**We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector**:
**Nestlé Business Services.**

**Main responsibilities**:

- **HTML creation based on a PSD file, revising, and making changes when necessary**:

- Integrate content elements (HTML, images, dynamic personalization) in Campaign Management Tool
- **Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands**:

- **Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports**:

- Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability
- Troubleshooting campaign deployment problems at workflow and delivery level
- Build effective relationship with internal and external international stakeholders
- **Management of CRM new services rollout**:

- Providing knowledge transfer for new team members

**Ideal Profile**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design &
Multimedia, InformationManagement or similar

Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or Adobe Campaign
- **Intermediate/Advanced level of HTML/CSS**:

- Knowledge of SQL (as a plus)
- Experience in building customer journeys
- **Fluent in English (spoken and written)**:

- Good analytical skills
