Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a **Field Support Centre Technician** to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Ensure support to our customers in our repair centre;
- Ensure the Installation and Maintenance of the Equipment (Desktop, Laptop and Servers Storage);
- Troubleshooting.

**You must have**:

- 12th grade certificate, Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum experience of 3 years as a Field Support Technician;
- Fluent in English;
- High sense of responsibility and autonomy;
- HP, Lenovo and Dell Laptop and Desktop Certifications are valued.
