**What you will do**

As the HVAC Projects Manager you are responsible for maintaining a close working relationship with the Head of Operations to review, improve and successfully achieve objectives across a range of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning contracts.

**How you will do it**
You will lead and co-ordinate the delivery of our HVAC projects to their conclusion. We are ideally looking for a qualified and experienced HVAC Projects Manager to be based around the office location in Walsall, however, as our projects are based across the UK this is not essential and some travel is expected. You will be required to attend on-site reviews with customers, suppliers and contractors.

Amongst other tasks, the PM would be expected to carry out the following; conduct regular safety audits on site with your engineers and sub-contractors to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with defined procedures including the preparation of Health & Safety File/RAMS and ordering plant & materials. Take the responsibility for the delivery of projects on time, within budget and in a professional manner. Undertake a buying exercise to reduce cost of plant, materials, sub-contractors etc. Booking suitable labour either in-house or sub-contract when required. Preparing a programme of works.

Development of “Design Drawings” to “Working Drawings” utilising our in-house CAD department. Visit site to regularly to check progress, standards, resolve problems and most importantly ensure client is satisfied.

**What we look for**:

- Experience of owning the successful delivery of multiple HVAC projects.
- Previous experience working with installation teams both in-house and sub-contract.
- Understanding of building plans and drawings that comes with knowledge of building codes, safety laws, and safety practices.
- HVAC Qualifications and experience on Air Conditioning projects.
- Ability to produce Risk and Method Statements and compile a Health and Safety plan.
- Ability to lead and influence both internal & external partners at all levels.
- Excellency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both a technical and non-technical audience.
