**Job Summary**
Support the GBS teams with our working environment including management of the back-office assistant and vendors and organising events. Manage the GBS branding and content in social media and at events in liaison with HR and Global Communication.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage a GBS LinkedIn (or social media) page to advertise externally our internal events. I.e.: Inductions, workshops, team buildings, visits to GBS, parties, Welcome Kit, Christmas hampers, etc.;
- Collaborate with global communication team to create GBS specific sharable content;
- External events: analyze external events that might be interesting/strategic for Convatec to have a presence (a stand in job fairs, sponsor conferences, presence in Summits, etc.;
- Support with ordering merchandising and marketing material for new hires “welcome kit” and to advertise Convatec in external events;
- Analyze newspapers and magazines where Convatec could have a participation, prepare a communication plan for external news;
- Organize an annual GBS conference (look for partnerships and sponsors) to discuss relevant GBS topics and invest guest speakers;
- Partnerships with some of our vendors to promote Convatec advertisement in their pages;
- Support with Trainee/Graduate programs, help with the advertisement of the program, organize events withing the program and support them with all related topics;
- Organize internal events such as functional and BU workshops with external visitors;
- Manage and support the back-assistant in office management: vendors, office environment and relationship management of the landlord, fleet management, health & safety, travel support;
You will put out tenders and contracts, project manage and supervise the work of contractors. Plan for future development in line with business objectives and manage and respond appropriately to emergencies as they arise.
You will have strong interpersonal and, relationship building and networking skills along with project management and IT skills. A recognised qualification in Building Management, hospitality, business, or a related field is also desirable.

**Travel Requirements**
Position requires regular presence in the GBS Lisbon offices, especially at the time of events (group visits, team events, etc)
