**Job Description** Global SSC Payroll Consultant Position Description You are looking for an international oriented position within payroll? You are keen to support Payroll Processes within a large IT organization together with a great team spread around the whole world? CGI is experiencing remarkable growth and looking for a talented Global Payroll Associate to join our Team. As Global Payroll Associate, you will collaborate with several Business Units payroll data. You will communicate and interact with Human Resources, Finance, Business departments and payroll providers to ensure the conformity of our information, resolve issues and develop new procedures for achieving expected results. Your future duties and responsibilities - Support between the Countries and the Payroll Providers, managing the flow of information coming in and out, monitoring the performance of the Providers, in line with the service level agreements; - Validation of the monthly Payroll data; - Ensure payroll activities are performed on time and as per the agreed calendar; - Participate in projects to drive information exchange, optimize the payroll process (Data-input, mistake proofing, automation). Required qualifications to be successful in this role - Excellent English skills (Mandatory, as you will have to handle projects, talking, writing and reading in English); - Background in Payroll position working with very tight and demanding deadlines; - Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, familiar with analyzing and validating excel reports (Mandatory); - Attention to detail, organization, analytical skills (Mandatory); - Provides support to members; - Customer care oriented; - Flexibility to meet the demands of multiple processes and procedures; - Experience working in an international organization, seeing the big picture; - Improvement mindset and willing to optimize the payroll processes. **Insights you can act on** While technology is at the heart of our clients' digital transformation, we understand that people are at the heart of business success.
