We’re now looking for a
**global head of marketing partnerships** who can build and lead a team, owning all aspects of marketing partnerships to drive effective and efficient growth.

**Your new adventure**:
- Be responsible for driving a high-performance, data-driven modern marketing partnerships team to develop through-the-funnel marketing partnership programs that activate brand awareness
- Develop a data-led marketing partnership strategy that widens the funnel at the awareness and consideration stage while optimizing quality conversion at the customer acquisition stage
- Build marketing partnership portfolio while managing performance, agency and budget
- Collaborate with other marketing and business functions
- Effectively run a portfolio of marketing partnership channels including affiliate marketing, influencer marketing and brand partnership marketing
- Develop all aspects of a high performance marketing partnership team, providing strong leadership to drive alignment and deliver results
- Manage the assigned marketing partnership budget to set funnel objectives and ROI goals
- Collaborating with all go-to-market, CX and product teams to ensure best budget and resource allocation
- Collaborate with all other demand generation teams to achieve the best brand awareness, consideration and customer acquisition outcomes
- Work with the marketing intelligence and MarTech teams to track, analyze and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas of opportunity
- Use data, marketing technology and automation as enablers to scale
- Run successful 3rd party provider relationships that help boost the in-house teams’ progress and results
- Support the global head of paid marketing and the vice president of demand generation in regular budget, resource and result planning and re-forecasting cycles
- Understand the markets the partners operate in and ensure this knowledge is continually shared with team members and other relevant teams
- Keep an eye on emerging market and marketing partnership trends to ensure teams are trained to standard and investment is redirected to give the best return on investment opportunities
**Does this sound like you**:
- Growth marketing mindset: 8+ years of experience developing data-led, digital-first, through-the-funnel marketing partnership programs that double down on existing well-performing areas and unlock new growth avenues; experience working with a growth-oriented business in the B2B or B2C space, with marketing programmes more akin to B2C
- Channel: hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing and brand partnerships marketing
- Team and people leadership: compelling communication skills that evoke confidence and collaboration with peers
- Presence: must have gravitas, proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence with credibility, facts and judgment
Leadership capabilities:
- Shape strategy and execution plans: anticipate and interpret market changes to set clear priorities; communicate a clear vision for the marketing partnership area; have a clear understanding of the next-generation customer and competitor
