**INTERFACE CONFIGURATION SPECIALIST, Lisbon - Portugal**

**Your role**

We are looking to expand our team with an Interface Configuration Specialist (ICS) whom can lead interface implementation initiatives. The ICS is primarily responsible for leading the successful design, configuration and deployment of interfaces between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems. Techno functional profile required with extensive experience with integration initiatives using Oracle products.

**Your responsibilities**

Ø Create and own interface design documents

Ø Configure interface on company’s middleware tooling ‘ (training is provided).

Ø supports the development/modification to target system import program(s) as needed

Ø supports in the execution of system testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing

Ø Prepares the move to production checklist

Ø Work closely together with the global project team members to ensure coordination and alignment with timelines as set out by the program

Ø Leads data migration exercises - Data cleansing, Data validation, Data realignment

**Your skills / competencies**

Ø Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases within the project lifecycle

Ø Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies

Ø Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Ø A team player, able to work with and through others

Ø Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

Ø Knowledge of interface deployment principles and methodologies

Ø Knowledge of configuration management and Testing principles

Ø Excellent business English

**Nice to have;**

Ø good knowledge of payroll process management

Ø solid understanding of payroll regulations

Ø Oracle HCM Cloud experience
