Data Analytics Manager

Linkfire is looking for a full-time **Data Analytics Manager** in **Lisbon or remote** who can bring our fast-growing analytics team to the next level, supporting our missions to create value through data. You will join us to continue discovering and delivering new and exciting features for the 300 million fans which we bring closer to their favorite artists every month.

You will join a company with roots and heart in music. We're a team of designers, engineers, product managers and more, drawn from every corner of the globe. Your team will consist of data analysts working across multiple cross-functional, agile product and commercial teams.

**The Role**

We're now looking for a technically experienced manager to join our journey, help us grow and lead our Data Analytics Team. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will set the direction for our data analysts by coaching and mentoring them, while ensuring we have the right technical skills in the team to tackle the challenges we are solving.

**What you will do**
- Collaborate with other product, data and engineering leaders to set goals and expectations and support your team in succeeding
- Empower your team members by trusting them with tasks and projects according to their expertise and ambitions
- Ensure a culture of transparency and knowledge sharing through available and useful documentation and workshops
- Increase data advocacy, maturity and proficiency across the whole organization
- Support recruiting of new employees and onboard new colleagues to the teams
- Design and monitor suitable processes for your team to support an efficient research and development process
- Work in close collaboration with HR on individual development and speak on behalf of the team on general team well-being

**Your qualifications**
- You have experience in leading and managing technical teams, ideally in a fast-growing startup environment
- If you have experience working with product and business data analysts that is a big plus
- You have a strong technical background, e.g. you have been a senior analyst or engineer before adventuring into management
- You know what it means to achieve high-performance teams
- You are able to identify challenges and find solutions for yourself and your team
- You communicate clearly, listen, show empathy and can coach others to do the same
- You are proficient with a broad range of technologies and able to acquire new ones quickly
- Sharing knowledge is something that you do and encourage
