Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a **Marketing Assistant** to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon. The Marketing Assistant will assist the marketing team in daily marketing activities and projects.

You will be responsible for implementing our growth strategy, developing the relationship with current and new customers, in order to identify and realize business opportunities.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Assisting the marketing director and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities;
- Providing support for marketing all event logistics end-to-end: planning; schedule and deadline tracking; managing promotional campaigns and event swag, contests and giveaways; shipping; booth logistics, shipping, set-up, teardown; training and scheduling staff to run the booth; tracking contacts; contract, budget contracts and payment management, etc.;
- Maintain spreadsheets and a database information and statistics found through research, financials, inventory and write reports;
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases;
- Assisting with the production of marketing materials (Brochures, presentations, etc.);
- Manage and coordinate any outside agencies used in association with duties. Including ad agencies, design/production houses, database management, etc.;
- Recommends and implements strategies to achieve marketing goals for communication efforts;
- Work with brand ambassadors to enhance the company’s brand exposure;
- Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, including advertising, production, sales, etc.
